What’s the difference between botulinum toxin and dermal fillers?
It is fairly common to confuse the function of botulinum toxin in aesthetic medicine with that of dermal fillers.

During his fellowship, he received comprehensive surgical training in cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid and facial plastic surgery.
After completing this training, Dr. Gómez returned to Costa Rica, where he has been helping to grow the field of Oculoplastic Surgery by offering an exceptional experience for his local and foreign patients. He currently runs a private practice in San José where he focuses on serving patients with excellence, reaching the highest standards in his field through meticulous surgical artistry.
